Okay, so I didn't find this idea on the Internet. But, I still love my Weber Charcoal Chimney
I got the idea from watching Alton Brown on the Food Network. I love his show "Good Eats".
A B is a big fan of using a charcoal chimney to light his charcoal. No worries about flare ups, or an off taste, from using too much lighter fluid. Just charcoal and newspaper. And about 15 - 20 minutes. Perfect coals every time..
